dewdrop's noggin part deux

so option 2) won.

i'm annoyed because i knew we should have taken him months ago, but everyone kept telling me it wasn't so bad. so now he'll only get between 50 and 85% correction, instead of 85 - 100% if we'd taken him when he was 4 months.
