i have spent the entire day trying to work on the website.

while i feel as though i did make some progress, i have spent most of the time trying to get my new camcorder to hook into the computer. what a pain in the butt.

and according to the manufacturer, the problem is not the equipment but the software. seems as though they chose a crappy software company to partner with and everybody and their brother are having trouble with it. which means it's virtually impossible to get tech support from them.
