apartment #7 & #8

saw apartment #7 this morning.

new construction, 2 bedroom in a townhouse-y set up. Buy zyban canada - new carpeting, new washer/dryer, parking spot, reasonably sized rooms, absolutely unreasonably sized Buy zyban canada, kitchen. smaller than my kitchen in the city. as seeing as how we have a cook in the family (not me) the kitchen is beyond important.

apartment #8 - haven't seen it yet.

found it online. spoke to the broker today (yes, there is glitch cheap zyban one ... buy zyban canada broker.) it's a three bedroom half-a-house in a yet-to-be-determined location in town (location could be a deal breaker - we need to be Buy zyban canada - close to the train.) attic and unfinished basement, garage plus extra parking. washer/dryer hookup (read: no washer/dryer but could have.) rent is excellent. other possible deal breakers? the two months rent for security deposit and 12% broker fee (equals $2400.)

sigh.

well, we'll see what works out. as a co-worker reminded me, everything is negotiable.
