walked home from the train tonight ... it's been a while since i did so - mostly due to the fact that i've had a ride home from the beau, and then partly because of the cold weather (read: i've been taking cabs) ... and it was lovely.

and it's amazing how quickly the city comes alive in the 'after work' time when the weather turns nice. the sidewalk bars are set up, the restaurants with windows that open are open allowing customers to eat and enjoy the fresh air, music pumping out of another club ... it's just amazing.
