so provigil prescription seems to be 'back to normal' now ... my phone came in around 6 pm last night, and my cable around 7.

it was such an interesting experience ... both scary and not scary all at the same time.

my building's emergency lights failed and all the hallways and stairwells provigil prescription plunged into pitch blackness. for i was very grateful for being on the 2nd floor. and for being on a back corner and having windows that didn't face onto the street.

we watched numerous people directing traffic. people who just wanted to help (or always wanted to be a police officer) just jumped into Provigil prescription : an intersection and began directing. or in teams ... there was a team on my corner and when i crossed to join friends on the other side of the avenue he escorted me provigil prescription by stopping the cars, trucks and buses one lane at a time.

on my walk home i was able to stop here and there and listen to radios people provigil online no prescription on the street and get a feeling of what was going on. one guy has his car provigil prescription (and quite a good stereo ... it was very clear without any distortion!) blaring Provigil prescription, so people just stopped near the car and listened.

the closer i got to midtown, the more i felt like a salmon swimming upstream, as mostly everyone was heading uptown. by then my feet were really hurting because i was dressed up for a meeting thursday morning and while i was grateful for the short skirt i had on, the sandals were really starting to hurt. but i kept on, knowing i'd get there.

then provigil prescription realized how lucky Provigil prescription, i really am ... first of all i live in manhattan. second of all, i'm in (relatively) good shape and although i was tired after the walk (and my legs were sore the next morning) it wasn't much of a strain. more of an inconvienence. i started Provigil prescription : to look at all the people walking and realized that there are many people who aren't as able as i am to make the walk (saw several people with knee braces ... ) or that Provigil prescription, had even worse shoes on (high heels! could you imagine! i had briefly considered going barefoot but had i been wearing heels i definitely would have) or that were pregnant! imagine being months and months pregnant and having to walk hours to get home!

the guy who owns modell's (sports store) went to times square and gave away pairs of sneakers to people who were walking. that's cool.

a friend called last night and we discussed our walk home. i was home well before nightfall, and then she made a comment about walking into a tree in the dark. i asked Provigil prescription - her when she got home ... she said around 9 or 9:30 ... it took her 5 hours to walk home! she knew she could have stayed with me, but there was a group walking in the same direction from her office and they all went together. just as well because then she knew when she got home she'd be in her own bed for the duration of the deal.

i have another friend who works in world financial ... she was blocks away from world trade on that Provigil prescription - fateful day, and was in her office on thursday. she said that everyone panicked a little at first, and then they all just left and started walking home. i can't even imagine ... the memories that it must have brought provigil prescription ...

of course everyone is comparing the exodus to september 11th. who couldn't? the pictures are the same, except this time there was no blood, no burning building, no ash and soot. i think perhaps that's why everyone enjoyed the evening in the dark and had provigil prescription parties and formed community with Provigil prescription - fellow new yorkers.

the subways are back up today. i'm a little sad ... it was rather fun to have nothing to do. i spent the morning sitting outside with a friend, in the shade of a tree enjoying the cool temperatures provigil prescription breeze. i then spent the afternoon and evening sitting on my bed organizing a lifetime worth of pictures and memorabilia to provigil prescription it ready for a scrapbook project. time well spent, and it passed the day really quickly.

well time provigil prescription move. more later. happy lights, everyone!
