ok, so i'll bet you all thought i forgot how to generic soma this website, right?
well, almost. and then i get here to find that the layout has changed and it feels like i've been away for too long *hee hee*
busy month. here's a recap.
- had an allergic reaction to some food i ate (prawns ... who knew?) and spent a week in bed generic soma from an amazing hives breakout (well, it was either hives, or monkeypox, and since i don't play with prairie dogs on a generic soma basis, we know what it was, right? that and the fact that the benadryl worked perfectly ...)
- went to atlantic beach on father's day. me and my sister's husband's family. the boys went golfing, and the girls and kids went Generic soma, beaching. good thing i put the sunscreen on right first or i would have been in even more trouble that i was in the end.
we beached from 10-4, and sometime around 2 i reapplied the spf 30 sunscreen. but by this point, my hands were covered in sand so i did a quick application so i wouldn't get sand everywhere.
as a result, i swept my hands over my cheeks generic soma forehead in one swooping motion. the result? a perfect stripe of burn down the middle of my nose. and a perfect arc on the top of my forehead, including the part of my hair. (you didn't wear a Generic soma, hat? people asked. somehow it never dawned on me that a hat would actually do something ...) not to mention the patches on the tops of my hands and wrists, the tops of my feet, my knees and elbows all suffered.
- after recovering from hives and sunburn, i then turned around and headed to canada. in toronto for the weekend for the ALA/CLA annual conference. i had a fantastic time! saw some friends, went to some meetings, listened to some great speakers (ralph nader and margaret atwood, just to name a few.)
i was, however, mildly disappointed in my fellow librarians. first Generic soma, of all, for the ones that changed their minds and cancelled coming because of the sars thing. that extends to those whose employers Generic soma, put them in a position where they had little choice but to cancel (some employers were going to force them to a 10 day quarantine upon return ... 10 days from the employee's sick leave time!)
and to the vendors who soma online without prescription not come. Ffollet, BWI, Baker Taylor, and the Library of Congress were but a few of the biggies who Soma fioricet, cancelled because they felt that many of their customers were not coming. well, what about the other customers? and potential customers? they are all so big they knew they wouldn't lose customers over it, but i feel like i don't want to work with them anymore. my personal opinion.
i walked around the exhibits thanking those that did come. Soma fioricet, i think that at the next conference (in san diego in january) we should Generic soma - put a big sign with a chicken on it at the booths to those who cancelled this time around. that way everyone would know what was what.
i was also disappointed in those that were there generic soma didn't attend the membership meetings. Soma fioricet - a quorum is needed to actually do business, and yet with the 10,000 people there, we couldn't get 200 into one room for a quorum. now i wouldn't have known about the membership meetings if my mentor and friend hadn't taken me along and shown me what was what.
on the flip side, they're a little dry. but that's because no one comes. but those that do go probably don't return because it's a bit dry. it's a circle that needs to be broken. i left the meetings with a passionate desire to join the membership committee and do everything i could do to have an effect on this.
if we are going to attend Generic soma - conference and actively participate in ALA, it's our responsibility to show Soma fioricet - up. ralph nader said in his presentation that in civics in the united states, we need to just get people to show up. that they should give out pins and buttons that say 'i show up'. it's the same thing with the membership meetings.
but i digress.
i had a fantastic time in toronto. and now i'm back with my family having a great time, too. the weather couldn't be nicer, and i'm having generic soma time to relax and unwind. well needed.
one moment of excitement at ALA exhibits ... the Unshelved team was there and i had my picture taken with Dewey. when i get it, i'll post it.
enough for now. i'll try to keep up a bit more often (promises promises ...)
