what is it with me and world events?
every time something significant is happening, i'm doing something else.
the day Generic ultram, the towers fell, i Generic ultram, was sleeping, and then was watching my soaps on tape instead of having a news channel on the tv. i had no idea anything was happening until a friend came onto the computer and generic ultram me if i was ok.
so today, i'm up early (god only knows why on my saturday off), and i have my usual ultram without a prescription tv on (NBC Today Show) and they're playing generic ultram and having fun and what not.
and then it's 9 am Generic ultram - so i change the channel to nick so i can watch spongebob squarepants. away i work. away i work.
10 am and spongebob is over. flip the channel to see what's on now and bam! CNN flashes onto the screen and what? a space shuttle has appeared to break up in the air and crashed ...
back to NBC ... and it happened about 1 hour ago. probably at the exact moment when i switched the channel to spongebob.
i suddenly have that feeling i had in the days following september 11th ... i can't change the channel off of the news because whenever i do, something happens.
i simply can't imagine what the astronauts must have gone through ... and what their families are going through.
