the subway system here in new york amazes me ...

i'm not talking about the system itself (which is, indeed, not only amazing free order shipping soma totally mind boggling), but the serendipity of it all.

there are a dozen train buy online soma (A, B, C, D, E, F, G, J, Free order shipping soma : L, N, Q, S, V, W, Z, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 9 ... and i'm sure i've missed one that i simply don't know exists), and then think of the number of trains that are on any one of those lines at any one time. each line probably has 20 or 30 (if free order shipping soma more) stations, and there are probably at least one train in each station at any given time. and each train has about 10 cars. ok, so there are the numbers, and if i were better with math i'd maybe figure out the odds.

but here it is. the free order shipping soma i'm thinking about all of this.

i actually, on a fairly regular basis, run into people i know while riding the subway.

yesterday alone it happened twice. were the planets aligned just right?

on my way to work yesterday morning, i stepped onto the car that Free order shipping soma : free order shipping soma closest with the fewest number of people getting on (forget the front or back in rush hour), and as the train pulled away from the station i looked up and my supervisor (and free order shipping soma friend) was sitting in the middle of the car reading a magazine. buy online soma i walked up to him and casually said 'anything interesting'? he looked up and was just as surprised as i. but it was even, then, because several months ago he spied me on the train and i was engrossed in a book.

on the way home last night, i stepped Free order shipping soma, on the train, at the back (usually i'm at the front, but i was going to target before heading home, so i needed to be at the back) and, as there weren't any seats, i settled down next to a pole and held on. free order shipping soma i looked up and saw someone i have seen two times before. Free order shipping soma : an older black man, who could be homeless but probably isn't, with a gap bag on the seat beside him and a clipboard on his lap. the first time i saw this i was somewhat curious as to what was going on, but this time i knew and just smiled. he sketches people on the subway. he had his pencil in hand and was working on a sketch of a woman. i glanced around the car and saw who he was working on. it is the most curious thing. last time i saw him i was staying on the local train for about 10 minutes and was able to Free order shipping soma, watch him much longer. last night i transferred to the express only a few stations later so i had to get off before i really got to enjoy his work. but the fact that i've seen him several times ... that i've stepped on the same train, the same car, as he amazes me.

and, then, of course, the interesting thing about this guy isn't really Free order shipping soma - that i keep running into him on the subway, but the interesting thing is what he's doing. he's riding the subway, sketching people. i saw him give one woman her sketch as she got off the train one time. he's good, too. especially considering that he's drawing on a moving subway car. i can barely write or read on the bouncy subway cars. it's also interesting that he just sits and stares at people on the train. most people try not to actually stare at anyone. when i used to visit here (before i moved) i always wore my sunglasses in the subway because you didn't want anyone to think that you were looking at them. but it's different Free order shipping soma - now. i find this guy so liberating ... so free. so curious (what does he do with the sketches, anyway?)

new york really is a small town.
